A class-room exercise based on oil extraction from the North Sea reservoirs. Suitable for college (A Level) and university (Undergraduate) students.

This exercise is suitable for use with A-Level Geology students to introduce the principal elements of the petroleum system (source rock, reservoir, trap etc). 

Illustrations and web links have been included to provide useful background information.
